Shipping Policy

Effective date: August 3, 2026

This policy explains how Marc Jovelle processes, tracks, and delivers eligible online orders. Delivery availability, methods, and final charges are shown during checkout.

1. Processing and Delivery Estimates

Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment and order verification. Most eligible shipments are expected to arrive within 7–15 business days after the order is confirmed. The stated delivery range includes normal processing and carrier transit.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude public holidays. Delivery ranges are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Severe weather, peak shopping periods, carrier disruption, customs review, remote destinations, address problems, and events outside our reasonable control may extend delivery time.

2. Order Verification

An order may require additional review when payment authorization, billing information, inventory, fraud screening, or the shipping address needs verification. Orders submitted outside normal business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays may begin processing on the following business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Charges

Available delivery services and their charges appear at checkout before payment. Free or reduced-rate shipping may be offered for qualifying orders. Any purchase threshold, destination restriction, product exclusion, or promotional condition will be displayed at checkout and may change between promotions.

4. Delivery Areas

We deliver only to countries, states, territories, and postal codes available for selection during checkout. A destination that cannot be selected is not currently supported. Individual products may also be restricted because of inventory, carrier, customs, or legal limitations.

5. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, a dispatch email containing a tracking number or link will be sent to the checkout email address. The first carrier scan may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch. A temporary lack of scans does not necessarily mean that the parcel has stopped moving.

6. Separate Shipments

Products from one order may be packed and shipped separately because of inventory location, parcel dimensions, product availability, or carrier requirements. Separate parcels can have different tracking numbers and may arrive on different dates.

7. Accurate Delivery Information

The customer must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment, unit, suite, building, access, and postal-code information. Contact us immediately after ordering if an error is discovered. We cannot promise that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete or inaccurate information entered at checkout. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, unsuccessful delivery, or failure to collect it, the customer may be responsible for additional postage before reshipment.

8. Delayed Shipments

Carrier networks sometimes go several days between visible tracking scans. If an order has not arrived after the complete 15-business-day estimate, email Support@Marcjovelle.com with the order number and checkout email so we can review the shipment.

9. Parcels Marked Delivered

If tracking shows delivery but the parcel cannot be found:

  • check the mailbox, porch, reception desk, building office, and other safe locations;
  • ask household members, neighbors, and building staff;
  • allow one additional business day in case the carrier scanned the parcel early;
  • contact the carrier using the tracking number; and
  • contact us if it remains missing.

We will assist with available carrier information and may request a carrier investigation. A carrier's delivered status does not by itself guarantee an immediate refund or replacement.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Report a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect shipment within 7 days of delivery. Keep the merchandise, shipping carton, labels, and packing materials while the claim is reviewed. Photographs may be required. Additional details are provided in our Return and Refund Policy.

11. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may incur import duty, tax, brokerage, customs, or local handling charges. Unless a charge is collected during checkout, it is the recipient's responsibility. Customs inspections and clearance procedures may extend the delivery estimate.
